Our Standards
Our ice creams contain only 8% fat, thus guaranteeing light but still gourmet pleasures. Awarded by the Réseau Entreprendre Guyane in 2016, we prove that well-being and gourmet food can coexist.
And when we talk about gourmet pleasure, we often tend to think of the sweet side.
At Stéphane Bertoldi, sugar is only added in limited quantities because we favor the sugar naturally present in fruit and also called fructose. This natural fructose is enough to sweeten our frozen creations, proving that pleasure can be both delicious and healthy.
